LILY ceramics

LILY ceramics were inspired by some beautiful Calla lilies growing in my neighbour's garden. In one of those rare lightbulb moments I could see her flowers interpreted in spirals of clay. And because I had been designing incense burners at the time, I imagined that the incense sticks would look like the flowers' stamens.

Described as "very zen" the collection features simple, elegant spiral forms and leaf shapes. Lilies have a spiritual association so the incense and candle holders can be incorporated into meditation or prayers.

One of these pieces could be a focal point in the room or sacred space and would complement modern-rustic or Scandi decor.
