This hand necklace features a sculpted porcelain hand pendant on your choice of rose gold stainless steel chain. It's a lovely porcelain gift for an art lover
I modelled a hand in wax, and from it, made a mould which was used to cast two parts.
The porcelain pieces were carefully joined and hand finished.
Finger nails were glazed and then the hand was fired for the first time in my kiln.
24 karat gold lustre was applied to the finger nails and the hand was fired for a second time.
Fitted with a rose gold filled brass wire bail.
Ceramic porcelain hand 5 x 3 cm approx.
