This RUCHED No10 white porcelain jewellery box has a hinged lid which has been impressed with satin fabric. The interior is glazed with a shimmery blue mother of pearl glaze.
As a porcelain piece it is suitable for an 18th anniversary gift, as it is pottery it is suitable for a 9th and as china it could be an 2nd /20th anniversary gift.
Lid and base are hand made in white porcelain ceramic clay.
Fired twice in my kilns.
Blue and mother of pearl glazes inside lid and base.
Brass hinge embedded to the porcelain with Milliput.
